Personalization

Same design on every item is included. Different names or short text start at $2.00 per item. More complex individual layouts start at $3.00 per item. Different logos, photos, or substantially different designs require a custom quote.

Deposit policy

A 50% deposit is required before production begins. Because all items are custom made, this deposit is non-refundable once production has begun.

Standard orders

Most standard orders are completed within 3–5 business days after mockup approval and deposit payment.

Bulk orders

Bulk orders are quoted individually based on quantity, design complexity, and production timeline.

Rush orders

Rush production may be available upon request and is subject to current workload, quantity, and design complexity. Rush fees may vary.

Important

Production does not begin until the customer approves the mockup and pays the required 50% deposit.
